Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Engineer in facility mapping, real-time monitoring solutions, patient safety and hygienic products and general FMCG products.

The role involves identifying new opportunities understanding customer needs and interest, managing client relationships, and delivering customized solutions from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent sales skills and trust worthy person.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in pharmaceutical, healthcare, diary farms, agricultural, cleanroom and HVAC sectors.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert inquiries into projects
• Understand client requirements and propose customized technical solutions
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and project quotations
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and execution teams for project delivery
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from inquiry to commissioning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely closure of deals
• Track project progress, payments, and client satisfaction
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and technologies

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or Diploma
• 3–5 years of experience in temperature and humidity mapping / Calibration / Dehumidifiers Sales and Service / HVAC / Cleanroom / MEP / Industrial projects
• Strong understanding of temperature and humidity mapping / Calibration / Dehumidifiers HVAC systems, cleanroom concepts, and project execution
• Proven experience in B2B sales and technical solution selling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in pharma, biotech, semiconductor, or healthcare projects
• Familiar with calibration standards, methods and equipment validation.
• Strong Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ISO 14001:2015/2026, GMP, etc.
• Familiar with preparing temperature and humidity mapping reports as per industrial standards.
• Familiarity with estimation tools and AutoCAD basics
